So the color experts at Pantone has announced that this year’s spring Color of the Year is (drum roll please…) Tangerine Tango! This is a bold reddish-orange hue. How fun and juicy is that?! When I first read about this all I can think about are the different shades that will make your wedding colors pop. Tangerine Tango can be paired with so many different colors. Can you see it paired with red, aqua or chocolate?

Happy Fabulous New Year! Wow what an amazing year we had in 2011. 2012 will be even better – this year is the “Year of Momentum!” First up…2012 The Special Event Conference in Tampa, FL. I'm so looking forward to attending this event as it will be my very first time. In the wedding and special event industry it holds the reputation of being one of the top education conferences in the country. I’m so excited that I’ve already started a ‘what to pack list’. I pray to return home with a new direction for Distinct Event Planning that will take this business to the next level.
